He remarked that it is well known how much the politics of division has harmed the nation in the past. Therefore, the primary responsibility of political activists should be to protect independence and sovereignty. Tarique Rahman explicitly noted that he does not wish to revert to the circumstances that existed prior to August 5.

Simultaneously, he proposed the introduction of 'Family Cards' for approximately 40 million families across the country. Under this scheme, housewives would receive financial and food assistance for 5 to 7 years. He shared that research shows when women have access to funds, they tend to spend on health, education, and small-scale investments, which strengthens both the family and the local economy.

In the health sector, he announced a plan to recruit nearly 100,000 health workers with a focus on preventive measures. Under this initiative, 80–85% of the workforce would be women, who would go door-to-door to ensure public health awareness and primary healthcare. He noted that this project would play a vital role in creating new employment opportunities and improving public health.
